I offer online art therapy groups. The groups take place on Zoom with myself and a co-therapist. Group members can be based anywhere in the UK. The online art therapy groups have been designed to provide a space for exploring thoughts, feelings and situations using art. Using creatively to detangle and make sense of our situations. The group format allows group members to join together, reflect and feel the support from each other. As time goes on the groups' connection will deepen, allowing this to become a powerfully connected, creative, safe space.
These groups are suitable for adults who feel they would benefit from ongoing support. For example; those with long term health conditions, those with anxiety and depression, carers. Online groups are particularly suitable for those who prefer virtual therapy or struggle to find time for themselves. Therapy groups can be particularly useful for those who feel isolated or lonely. When someone is experiencing anxiety or depression, it can be incredibly reassuring to learn others have also experienced this. I hope the groups are accessible and comfortable for neurodivergent individuals. Due to the online nature, the group isn’t a good fit for those who are acutely unwell or in crisis.
Contact me for current availability and to find out more. Group Therapy is a much more affordable option, we try and keep the weekly fee low (currently around £35 pp but this depends on the group, contact me for current fees)

Enable participants to try something new and experiment
Provide a flexible way to engage in art therapy by attending online, which allows for those who have difficulty leaving the house, prefer virtual therapy or struggle to find time for themselves
Experience the support of a group
A space to reminisce and reflect
Support participants mental health
Enable a space for autonomy

Group members will need to provide their own art materials for the online groups. However, there is no need to spend lots of money purchasing these. Often you can find art materials for free or very low cost as people declutter and pass these on. Art Therapy focuses on the process rather than the finished product and can be just effective with very simple, inexpensive art materials.
